About this Event
Tutor10x, in partnership with LIHE (Lincoln Institute for Higher Education), presents a One-Day Digital Marketing Internship™—an immersive, fast-paced hiring event designed to evaluate real-world skills in just a single day.
Participants will complete digital marketing tasks co-designed by LIHE and Tutor10x, allowing them to showcase creativity, analytical thinking, and marketing execution. Top performers will be considered for one to two internship opportunities with LIHE.
This program is part of Tutor10x’s signature One-Day Hire™, giving students and aspiring professionals the chance to gain meaningful experience in a condensed, high-impact format.

The Lead Judge
Dr. G. Hema
Dr. G. Hema is an accomplished academic with over 10 years of teaching experience in higher education. She holds an MA, M.Phil, and Ph.D. in English, graduating as a top performer at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and earning a Gold Medal in her M.Phil program. She was awarded her doctorate in June 2023.
Her academic expertise spans Diaspora Studies, American Literature, Literary Theory, Science Fiction, and Magic Realism. Beyond her scholarly work, Dr. Hema is an avid reader, prose writer, and creative doodler—bringing a unique blend of analytical depth and creativity to her teaching.
Passionate about empowering students, she actively mentors young adults, encouraging them to rediscover reading, writing, and meaningful learning in a digital-first world. Her warm, positive approach and broad cultural interests make her a dynamic academic leader and an inspiring judge for this event.

Suman Gautam
Suman is a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. He specializes in data analysis, data visualization, and stakeholder management. With experience in both corporate and consulting environments, Suman has designed and optimized dashboards to track key business metrics, improving decision-making processes. His extensive experience with data-driven insights allows him to effectively communicate key business insights to stakeholders.
Sagal Mohamed
Sagal is a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Agile delivery, CRM systems, and digital project coordination. During an internship at High Tech Mastermind, Sagal contributed to the One-Day Hire initiative—supporting process improvements and founder engagement for a fast-track recruitment program. Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and business analysis, Sagal helps turn ideas into clear, scalable solutions.
Event Coordination
Sam Anawar
Sam is a dedicated Event Coordinator at High Tech Masterminds, responsible for managing and coordinating events at Tutor10x. With a background in Cybersecurity and experience in roles such as Brand Ambassador and Service Desk Technician, Sam excels at connecting the dots between candidates, mentors, judges, and industry guests. Fluent in multiple languages, Sam’s organizational skills ensure that every event runs smoothly.
Chahed Dennaoui
Chahed is an enthusiastic Student Experience Manager at High Tech Masterminds, responsible for managing the Accelerate Capstone Projects and collaborating with universities. With a background in Sales, IT Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, Chahed ensures seamless communication and collaboration between universities, students, and mentors. Her passion for STEM and her mission to inspire others in tech fuel her efforts to connect students with real-world learning experiences.
